This earring organizer could be made on a progressive die production line. Sheet aluminum (1/8" thickness) would first punch the holes out for the grill pattern and other holes in the flat pattern. Then the outer edges of the organizer would punch out a blank for each individual unit. The bends would then be completed by brake forming the aluminum sheets. The final step would be gluing magnets into place.
